    丸仔

    今日同事們講得興起的是~~~邊隻藥丸好,可以增強尼樣增強果樣,我都是討論者之一,但現在冷靜下來想一想,要維持身體健康,一般正常做法都是注意飲食,做適量的運動,不是很容易嗎?

     

    理所當然的事,估唔到在現今發達國家已經不再存在了!時下新一代要維持健康已經完全依賴一大堆聲稱為健康食品的

     

    你/家人/朋友/同事~~每日又食多少款不同療效的丸丸呢?

     

    什麼維他命,增強鈣質,骨膠......一大堆....是否真的見效????見仁見智吧!!

     

    如期花一埋金錢買一埋食了不知是否真的有效的丸仔來換健康,倒不如食多點水果,多做幾分鐘運動吧!

     

    藥丸~~還是等有病時食好了
